1. Blitz garlic and herbs until very fine. 2. Add seeds and LSA and mix well. 3. In seperate bowl mix salt, and water. 4. Add wet mix to dry mix and mix thoroughly until combined. 5. Pour mix onto lined baking tray and flatten mix down to a 1/2 cm thickness. 6. Bake for 30 mins at 160 degrees and then flip over and bake for a further 20 minutes. 7. When cooled, break into pieces and serve with dip or mashed avocado.
