Tahini Spread - Gluten, dairy, wheat, nut and egg free!

A high calcium snack.  Easy to make, easy to eat!

250gm sesame seeds

1. Mill sesame seeds in TM or FP on speed 8 for 10 seconds.

Flaxseed oil
Maple syrup (optional)

2. Add the maple syrup to taste and then add the flaxseed oil until it becomes a paste or dip of your chosen consistency.

Serve on celery sticks or use as a dip.
